Hi, I’m Jim Kellers, every Saturday my buddy Mark and I go out and play a game of 9 hole golf and he wins almost every time (9 times out of 10). I was getting sick of losing and decided to find a way to improve my golf swing so I didn’t slice the ball all the time. I went to google, typed in a search on “how to fix your golf swing” and found a bunch of ads about the “Simple Golf Swing” and clicked on one. I wasn’t impressed, the sales page looked like a bunch of hype like most sales pages do. But I got suckered into pulling out my credit card and buying into it anyways.
So, I bought it and got to the download, just to find it was a measly 31 pages long… How in the world is a 31 page book going to teach me to fix my golf slice? I was kind of ticked off at this point.
I read the book and just as I was about to throw it aside in my pile of junk files, it dawned on me that I only had 2 days until the next game. Mark would be smiling as usual as he pounded me one hole after the next laughing as I sliced the ball to the left as I always do, I started to feel the agony and embarrassment already…
Well, this is it I told myself, I am either going to try using these techniques or go out there on Saturday and get laughed at some more. I grabbed my driver, printed out a couple pages from the simple golf swing and headed out back of my house. As I started swinging and practicing with these techniques, I began to feel more confident about my swing.
My swing is still not even close to being perfect, but after I started using these techniques, I felt more natural, as if something was guiding my club to swing straighter and harder. This was completely new to me and at first I felt very odd about the whole thing, but I kept practicing for a couple hours and then I did it again the next day, I wasn’t going to let Mark get the best of me again. So, here it is, game day, Mark has that evil grin as usual and I just kept quiet. I started swinging just like I had practiced and for the love of god, I hit par 4 times that day!
Mark almost went into shock as I kept driving the ball down the fairway harder and more accurate than I have ever done, he still won the game, but man I felt so good to keep up with him. His face went from a smirk to almost a frown by the end of the day when I was only 8 strokes behind him, now I just need to work on my putting game… I am going to keep practicing the simple swing techniques and I will beat him next game, I have no doubt about that.
Not everyone would benefit from this ebook, but for those of you that are constantly slicing the ball, I would say it is well worth your time to read and practice these techniques. Many golfers don’t need this kind of help if you’ve been playing for years on end, but a lot of amateurs can benefit from this book.
Personally, when I first downloaded this book, I felt ripped off, but after that first weekend of watching my buddy Marks jaw almost drop to the ground, I couldn’t recommend it more. It showed me the proper way to grip my club, the importance of a good backswing and the most import thing I think was getting rid of my oh-so-nasty golf slice. Thanks to the Simple Golf Swing, I am much better at controlling the golf ball now.
