Is possible a connection between snoring and erectile dysfunction?

I did have seen which seems to be strange firstly. Numerous clients of mine who did buy the stop snoring program and also purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vice versa.

Non of my other program has such a clear synchronization.

Snoring and erectile dysfunction is very common among men who are over 40 years of age. However, this is not the reason of connection between these two programs which are totally different.

The main reason is, the fundamental cause for snoring is very much the same to erectile dysfunction. Snoring even leads to erectile dysfunction and vice versa.

Erectile dysfunction is mainly caused do to lack of blood flow into the penis. This happens due to tension and weakness created on the muscles around the genital area. You will be healed only if you train these muscles.

Snoring is caused due to the presence of blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks often occurs due to presence of tension and weakness around the breathing passages. By training these muscles you can be trained.

However, these conditions are just a mere sign for a principle problem. Men who snores or suffers from erectile dysfunction could easily fall prey to stroke and heart attacks. Basically, they definitely suffers either one of these attacks at any point of their life, unless they do something or the other to curb these conditions.

Why Is That?

These small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) does not get weak or tense at once. Inch by inch the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking and other conditions), hardens and weakens them.

Emotional tensions also creates a tension in these muscles and thus it blocks the nutrition to flow.

Snoring has another serious side effect. Or rather sleep apnea has another serious side effects. Many snorers suffer from sleep apnea without even realizing it. Sleep apnea is the condition where the breathing passage completely closes up several times a night, causing the feeling of suffocation. Those who suffer from this condition often wake up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.

Tension causes the veins and the muscles present in the back of the neck to stiffen. Gradually, they get smaller and are not capable to deliver enough oxygen to the brain. And if something is wrong afterwards, then the person receives a heart attack.

But these veins and muscles present in the neck are not the only one that get tense due to oxygen deprivation while snoring (sleep apnea). It could also happen with the heart. It also happens to the veins and muscles present in the genital area, which causes erectile dysfunction.

How could you overcome it?

In order to deal with the condition itself and to heal the harm done already, you do require to train these muscles and try to relief them of the tension thats been a burden to these muscles. Actually, these are small muscles to whom we never pay any attention or train them.

Except me, is there anyone talking, how to train the throat? How to train the small delicate muscles that is helping us to pee? No one seems to look at these muscles, but they are very essential to our health and well being.

If you are suffering from snoring then you should focus on the muscles present around the throat following the exercise from the stop snoring exercises program.

You should follow the exercises from my erectile dysfunction program, in order to overcome erectile dysfunction. You should concentrate mainly on the muscles present around the genitals.

If you are suffering from snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you should put extra effort by exercising both the areas.

Afterwards, you might consider to change your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is very strong and you do have the knowledge for what is recommended to prevent this condition.

Apply this knowledge to preventing other underlying causes of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. What’s good for your heart is good for your overall health.
